Our team has 2 specialised architectural sales people to choose from who work closely with your architect to nail the specification and then implement the design with your builder. Our product is fully H1 compliant to 0.46 with Thermal Architectural Series as well as Metro Series Thermal Heart. For projects not requiring H1 compliance we have non thermal equivalents available. Our project managers are our QS team, you are working with the person doing the specifying, pricing and measuring. My architect has specified APL Architectural Series, do you manufacture this?
Yes, we are an official manufacturer of APL Architectural Series here in Penrose, Auckland.
We are on a budget but after the architectural look, can you help us?
Yes, we can keep cost down but using a mixture of Residential, Metro Series and possible Architectural Series. The main factor is the size of the joinery as this is directly related to glass costs.
Our house has a lot of glass and we are concerned about heating and cooling the home, what are our options?
It is important to consider airflow in the design for cooling each room. As for retaining heat, we offer options of low e double glazing which the highest specification glass is equivalent to triple glazing.
My architect is very detail-orientated and wants to specify every part of the joinery order.
Perfect, our guys know the product inside and out. Knowing what you want makes our job easier. We work with many architects to correctly specify the look they are after.
Can my builder install architectural joinery?
Unless your builder is highly experienced in installing large architectural windows and doors you are best to get the Window Factory team to install as it is not the same as residential product.
