In most cases a building consent is not required to change your joinery. The Window Factory can replace your existing windows and doors with new aluminium joinery, builders are required in most situations. Once the installation is complete there will be painting required around the joinery. Painting is always excluded in our quotes, you will need to either use a professional painter or DIY.
Occasionally when installing the new aluminium joinery home owners may want to do a few other little bits and pieces around the home. We have a variety of installers from specialist window and door installers through to registered builders.
