What We Do
Unless tagged out in the quote the following is included:
- Remove rubbish from site
- Remove existing joinery
- Fix off all joinery with screws
- Solid pack where fixings are between jamb liner and framing
- Scribers when required
- Timber Facings only when specified on the quote
- Architraves
- PEF / Foam Rod
- Expanding Foam or wet seal if foaming isn’t suitable
- Flashing tape when required
- Trade Clean
What We Don't Do
The following is company policy:
- We do not pack the head of the window between the jamb liner and the lintel
- We do not remove blinds/curtains etc
- We do not re hang blinds/curtains etc
- We do not do concrete rendering
- We do not do painting/putty holes
- We do not do plastering/Gib stopping
- We do not replace your cladding unless specified on the quote
- We do not professionally clean
- We do not professionally refit carpet when installing doors
- We do not move your furniture
- If scaffolding is excluded yet required then the owner must arrange or you will be invoiced for it additionally
