In most cases your architect or the sales person at The Window Factory will specify this for you.
All we need to know before pricing the joinery is whether Thermal Heart TM or Low E glass are a requirement.
Rebates for doors are different between suites so please confirm the rebates and suite with the sales person before starting the build.
